Denise and Phillip Sickinger, Texas Chapter 33 (Houston) represented ROA at the Army Reserve Yellow Ribbon event Dec. 9, 2023. There were approximately 350 attendees and they distributed 23 STARs schoolkits.
Denise was also able to donate 48 pillowcases to deployers and their families.
