The National Council advises the president on general advocacy policies of the Association by the adoption of resolutions. It also may request a reconsideration of any Executive Committee decisions in accordance with the ROA By-Laws. The National Council is composed of the voting members of the Executive Committee and a National Councilman from each Department.
