UPORFA
The Pan American Union of Armed Forces Reserve Officers (UPORFA), is an association consisting of the democratic countries in North America, Central America, South America, and the island nations of the Caribbean. UPORFA promotes the value and use of reservists to support the missions of the armed forces in the Western Hemisphere. ROA is the United States representative at UPORFA. All members of ROA are eligible to participate. The US UPORFA Delegation has the support of the United States Southern Command (SOUTHCOM).
