The Reserve Officers Association, dba Reserve Organization of America (ROA) and its Junior Officer of the Year selection committee are pleased to announce the 2025 competition for the ROA Outstanding Army Junior Officer of the Year Award.

The award will be presented during the ROA National Convention, October 17-19, 2025, in Washington, D.C.

We hope you will take this opportunity to recognize an outstanding junior officer from your command before the advertised July 30, 2025 deadline.

Reserve Organization of America (ROA) and its Warrant Officer Award Committee are pleased to announce the 2025 competition for the CW4 Michael J. Novosel Award for ROA’s Outstanding Warrant Officer of the Year.

The award will be presented during the ROA National Convention, October 17-19, 2025 in Washington, D.C. The award process is open to Reserve Warrant Officers from all services.

We ask that each General or Flag Officer Command make every effort to nominate a warrant officer from the command for this award before the July 30, 2025 deadline.
