Members of the Dept. of Tennessee attended the East Tennessee Military Affairs Council’s 40th Annual Veterans Appreciation and Awards Luncheon Nov. 12.
Awards were presented to outstanding enlisted personnel from 18 military units and to outstanding cadets from four ROTC units: University of Tennessee Knoxville Army & Air Force ROTC, Carson Newman Army ROTC, and East Tennessee State University Army ROTC.
